of the most spectacular sunsets and stunning Gulf views from the 2nd
and 3rd floor decks. Located in a private gated community with it's
private lake front dock and Community beach access you will find
tranquility at it's best. Relax under the two-story gazebo or in
the 15'x30' kidney shaped pool with builtin jacuzzi. Spacious enough
for large families, with two master suites, a kids bunkroom, a large
greatroom, hot and cold outdoor shower, media room with big screen
TV, VCR, DVD/Stereo, and Sony Playstation. The gourmet kitchen
offers side-by-side Sub-Zero refrigerator and Amana range-top with
grill. The long driveway provides ample parking. Complimentary beach
chairs and umbrellas for all weekly summer rentals. Weekly rental
only from June-August. Saturday-Saturday rental only. A cleaning fee
of $455.00 will apply to any rental less than 4 nights.
